The combined fundraising total for Junior and Senior Campus is $4653 which could provide 43 communities with a water well for the first time. How many lives have we blessed?
This is a massive effort and a big thanks to everyone who helped.
Congratulations to Megan Ashton for the biggest individual fundraising.
Charly Faherty and her team of brilliant leaders (Halle Faherty, Kady Gill in particular) organised the inaugural school fun run/walk which got everyone moving around the field while also becoming more aware of the needs of others by reading the World Vision signs aptly placed for easy reading as we walked or ran. Staff and student bands provided songs to move to and the BBQ and bake sale were well supported. Look out for this event next year.
We are grateful for the support of local businesses: Pak’nSave, Noel Leaming, Torpedo7, Harvey Norman – Bedding and Computing sections. Due to circumstances beyond our control, some of these prizes will be held over for next year. We have helped to change lives. Well done!
