The Senior Campus House Competition kicked off with the annual Yr 9 Benchball Competition. Year 9 form classes, their form teachers and Year 13 Peer Support leaders put their bodies and pride on the line at intervals and lunchtimes for the past few weeks. It was wonderful to see so many form teachers, not only out supporting their classes but also getting involved on court too.
Congratulations to everyone who was involved, and a special mention to M9ASR v H9DC for making the final, with Hamilton taking the win. Final results were Watson 4th, Thomson 3rd, Menzies 2nd and Hamilton 1st.
The competition rounded off with a staff vs Peer Support students game. The Peer Support students had been talking a big game but the staff had something to prove after a very close loss last year. While the teachers were the first to 10, unfortunately for the teachers, the students took out the win in a very tight battle.
