Junior Campus Leaders 2025 Junior Campus 2022 Kaiarataki

We’d like to introduce our six leaders of the Junior Campus. Our Kaiarataki are :

These students take on various leadership rioles such as organising and presenting assemblies, hosting guests and representing our school at official events. We are very proud of these leaders as they all lead by example.
Nathan: Hello my name is Nathan and I’m one of your Kaiarataki for 2025. I love all things music from orchestral works to operas. I’m most excited for the Junior Campus Production and playing in the Junior Campus Band.
Mason: Kia ora my name is Mason, I am one of the Kaiarataki for 2025.A little bit about me is that I really like fishing and hunting and I am also into dirt bikes and anything that has an engine.
Mahae: Tena koe! Ko Mahae toku ingoa, I am one of four Kaiarataki this year. I enjoy Kapa Haka and Māori! I also enjoy participating in sports such as rugby and netball.
Malia: Kia Ora, ko Malia toku ingoa, I am one of four kaiarataki this year and here is a bit about me. I love kapa haka, softball, Te Reo Māori, baking and much more. I am so happy to be at Hēmi Hākena and have enjoyed every second of it. I am so honored to be a kaiarataki Hēmi Hākena nga mihi nui, Malia.
Declan: Hi there, my name is Declan and I am one of your Ambassadors this year. I love acting, singing and Ballroom Dancing. I am looking forward to the Deep Cove camp and the production.
Hazel: Hi my name is Hazel, I am an ambassador this year. I love playing sports – football and basketball are my favourites. I’m really looking forward to just enjoying this year and having a good time.
